Full Dunbia Sirloin – 4.5kg–5kg – £80 A full fresh smaller-eyed Dunbia sirloin, supplied UNCUT as one whole strip. Each loin weighs approximately 4.5kg–5kg and should give around 22–25 smaller-eyed steaks on average, depending on how thick you cut them. You will also receive the end steaks, and the steaks will need trimming, including removal of the natural gristle band.
