Defrost fully in the fridge, then cook within 24 hours. 👨‍🍳 RECOMMENDED COOKING Remove the plastic packaging, leaving any oven-safe butcher’s netting in place. Rub with softened butter, season and add your favourite herbs. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C fan / Gas 4, in a roasting tin with a splash of stock. Loosely cover with foil, removing it towards the end for colour. 🌡️ Use a meat thermometer to check the centre of the thickest part reaches 70°C and stays there for 2 minutes.
